2. Nature of Services

Three Leaf Club LLC is an art consulting intermediary. We facilitate connections between clients and independent artists for art procurement, installation, and community programming. We do not manufacture, create, or guarantee any artwork.

3. Independent Contractor Status of Artists

All artists introduced, recommended, or coordinated through Three Leaf Club LLC are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Three Leaf Club LLC. Any agreement for artwork creation, sale, or installation is entered into directly between the client and the artist. Three Leaf Club LLC is not a party to such agreements and assumes no liability arising from them.

4. Client Responsibility & Due Diligence

Clients are solely responsible for conducting thorough due diligence before entering into any transaction with an artist or acquiring any artwork. This includes independently verifying the artist's credentials, portfolio, legal right to sell the work, provenance, authenticity, and licensing rights.

5. Purchases at Client's Own Risk

All purchases of artwork facilitated through Three Leaf Club LLC are made entirely at the client's own risk. Three Leaf Club LLC shall not be responsible for any dissatisfaction, defects, delays, non-delivery, or damage arising from a transaction between a client and an artist.

6. Fees & Consulting Agreements

Fees for consulting and project management services are established in separate written agreements. No consulting relationship is established by mere use of this website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Three Leaf Club LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Artwork displayed belongs to the respective artists and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three Leaf Club LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of this website, any artwork purchased, the conduct of any artist, or any reliance on information provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid to Three Leaf Club LLC for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

9. No Warranty

This website and all content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Purchase at Buyer's Own Risk

Any artwork acquired through introductions or coordination facilitated by Three Leaf Club LLC is purchased entirely at the buyer's own risk. Three Leaf Club LLC is not a party to any sales agreement between a client and an artist and shall bear no responsibility for any loss, dispute, or harm resulting from such transactions.

Due Diligence Obligation

It is the client's sole responsibility to perform all necessary due diligence prior to engaging any artist or acquiring any artwork. Three Leaf Club LLC shall not be held liable for any client's failure to conduct adequate due diligence.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Three Leaf Club LLC, its members, managers, or affiliates be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this website, reliance on any information herein, or from any transaction resulting from our consulting introductions.

Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
